The house, garden, terraces, swimming pool and hot tub are exclusively for your group. The adjoining cattle pastures are not part of the areas accessible to guests. The house accommodates up to 6 guests. 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a 180 × 200 cm double bed · 2 bathrooms · 2 toilets, one separate.
02Which stays can I book, and what are the arrival and departure times?
Outside July and August, regular stays are exclusively 2 nights (Friday–Sunday) or 7 nights (Friday–Friday). Arrival on Friday from 5 pm. Weekend departure by 5 pm on Sunday; weekly departure by 11 am on Friday. In July and August, stays are one or two full weeks (7 or 14 nights), with arrival and departure on Friday. Christmas and New Year arrangements remain to be confirmed. For stays spanning two seasons, please request confirmation of the applicable rate. Final prices and availability come from Lodgify.
03What is included in the price?
Beds are made. Linen and bathrobes, a practical starter supply for the kitchen and laundry, a starter supply of firewood, final cleaning, and normal water and electricity use are included. The complete list appears with the rates. Up to two dogs are welcome by prior request. Tourist tax is calculated separately at the applicable rate set by the Communauté de Communes de l’Argonne Ardennaise; minors are exempt.
04When are the pool and hot tub available?
The private hot tub is available throughout the year and heated to approximately 38 °C. The heated private pool is available from 1 April to 31 October and maintained at approximately 28 °C.
05Are dogs welcome?
Up to two dogs are welcome by prior request and approval.
06Is there parking, and where can I charge an electric vehicle?
Spacious private parking is available. There is no charging point on the estate. Electric vehicles can be charged in Grandpré, near the church.
07How does a booking work?
